Principal Nancy Lago, AIA has three decades of design and construction experience in both the public and private sectors. In addition to successfully managing design projects form inception through construction and agency approval, Ms. Lago appears as an expert witness for construction related litigation. Testifying on code and operational uses enhances the firms ability to assist clients identify risk, mitigate risk and minimize conflict.  Ms. Lago studied architecture, engineering, and urban design at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Harvard, and M.I.T. holds NCARB certification, and licenses in several states.
